Which AI engines do you analyze?
Google AI Overview in this version. ChatGPT and Perplexity are work-in-progress. Gemini and Claude will follow.
What do I need to run a report?
One article URL and a keyword or search phrase. That is it.
Will this guarantee I get cited?
No, that's a guarantee that nobody can make. What it does is bridge the gaps between your page and the sources that Google already cites — that's the part you can control.
Do you change my site for me?
No. Nothing is written back to your website or CMS. You copy the drafted content pieces and place it at the anchor we point to.
Can I analyze a whole site at once?
Not yet. This version is deliberately article by article, one keyword at a time.
How long will I have access to the analyses for?
All reports are available indefinitely.
What are the main differences between the subscription tiers?
The main differences lie in the number of analyses (25 vs 60 + you can add more) included per month as well as available user seats.
What happens if I cancel during the trial?
If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you won't be charged. No questions asked. You can use the full trial period to test out CitationBooster.
What happens if I run out of analyses mid-month?
You will be able to purchase additional analysis packages. This feature is in beta mode at the moment and will be applied to all available plans automatically when it goes live.
How up to date is the AI Overview data?
We have data on around 330 million Google AI Overview prompts. AI Overviews are updated every 5–10 minutes.
Can I download/export a report?
The option to export reports isn't available yet. We are working on it.
Do you support non-English pages?
Support for Spanish, German and French pages are work-in-progress.
My page isn't indexed by Google yet — does it still work?
Yes. The analysis only needs the page live and crawlable.
